The camel ride from Merzouga to our desert camp takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. It's timed perfectly so you can enjoy the beautiful Sahara sunset as you ride through the Erg Chebbi dunes.

What is the desert camp like?

Our camp is a traditional Berber-style camp. You will sleep in a private tent with comfortable mattresses, blankets, and pillows. The camp has shared bathroom facilities. It's designed to be a real, authentic desert experience, not a luxury hotel.

I've never ridden a camel before. Is it difficult?

Not at all! Our camels are calm and well-trained, and our Berber guides are experts. They will show you exactly how to get on and off and will lead your camel the entire way, ensuring you have a safe and fun ride.
